Mobile2014 SONY OPEN KIDS DAY
Calling all students of Miami Dade County.....The Sony Open will host our Kids Day beginning at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 18, 2014 at the Tennis Center at Crandon Park on Key Biscayne. It is an opportunity for your child to see top players compete in a world class environment while exposing them to the benefits of a healthy sport that can be played for a lifetime.
Kids Day takes place on our Grandstand Court. It is open to school groups and extracurricular organizations with children ages 7-14 and is a fully coordinated program that emphasizes the positive impact of sports on today’s youth through music, ATP and WTA Tour player demonstrations, court games, spirited competition between schools, great prizes and giveaways.
Following the clinic, the students will have an opportunity to watch professional tennis featuring the top players on the tour. The event promises to be a rewarding experience for children. Tickets for Kids Day are $7 for both children and adults. Each school will receive one complimentary ticket to accompany the group for every set of 10 tickets sold. Bus parking is free.
