MIAMI, Fla. (www.sonyericssonopen.com) – The 50/50 Rafflle raises funds for Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden and provides fans the opportunity to win cash. 50% of all proceeds are awarded to one lucky fan.  The other 50% are given to FTBG in support of its mission to conserve tropical plantlife both home and abroad. 50/50 tickets are available for a suggested donation of 1 tickets for $5, 3 for $10, 10 for $20 and 50 for $75. Tickets are available throughout the Sony Ericsson Open grounds from employees with tropical orange uniforms during all sessions leading up to the Men's Final on April 1st.

The winning ticket will be randomly drawn during the Men's Final on April 1st. All individuals are eligible to participate in the 50/50 Drawing. All participants can view the winning ticket numbers at the match and www.sonyericssonopen.com the following day. Winners must redeem their prize within 7 business days of the drawing and present the winning ticket to a SEO representative or call 305-442-3367.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

• Participants must be 18 years or older to purchase a 50/50 Drawing ticket.

• Unauthorized persons copying, selling or altering tickets are subject to prosecution.

• A 50/50 Drawing ticket will be void and no prize will be awarded if there is proof that the ticket was stolen, unissued, ineligible, altered, counterfeit in whole or in part, defective, printed in duplicate or printed/production in error.

• 50% of all proceeds raised during the 2012 Sony Ericsson Open will be awarded to one person. Winner does not need to be present at drawing to win. All participants can view the winning ticket number online at www.sonyericssonopen.com the following day. The winning ticket is valid up to 7 business days after drawing. A winning ticket may be redeemed by calling  305-442-3367.

• The prize will be paid to the winner by check within 30 days of completion of the Tournament. Applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

• The designated 50/50 Drawing ticket is the only valid receipt for claiming a prize. The Sony Ericsson Open, IMG, and Fairchild Tropical
Botanic Gardens are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets or tickets redeemed in error by its agents.

• Employees and immediate relatives of the Sony Ericsson Open and Fairchild Tropical Botanic Gardens are ineligable to participate.

• No purchase or contribution is necessary to enter the drawing. Tickets are available for a suggested donation of 1 for $5, 3 for $10, 20 for $20 or 50 for $75. Fans may receive a raffle ticket in person using cash or credit card.  Raffle participants do not need to be present to win.
