Rain Policy For Monday Night Ticket Holders

The following policy applies to individual session tickets purchased directly (and not via ticket auction, exchange, resale or other secondary ticket outlet) through IMG Tickets, SonyEricssonOpen.com or in person at the Crandon Park Tennis Center Box Office. Please note that this policy does not apply to weeklong subscription packages in the 100 level (Box), 200 level (Suite) or 300 level (Series). The Sony Ericsson Open cannot guarantee ticket availability, exchange of equal value or comparable seat location. All ticket exchanges are final, and there will be NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS. In addition, patrons are advised that the Sony Ericsson Open schedule of play is subject to change for all sessions. Tickets are not eligible for refund or exchange due to one or more changes in the Sony Ericsson Open schedule of play.

Session 14, Night Session, March 28th of the 2011 Sony Ericsson Open has been cancelled due to inclement weather. Guests with Session 14 tickets may exchange them for:
400 level tickets to one of the following sessions:
Session 16 – Tuesday, March 29th, Evening Session @ 7:30pm
Session 18 – Wednesday, March 30th, Evening Session @ 7:00pm
To exchange your tickets, please go to the Front Gate Box Office, which will open at 9:30am. Evening Session tickets provide access to Tournament Grounds at 5:00pm.
